After updating firefox it crashed . Its froze when opened and crashes asap when opened .
When i open it a blue screen comes up and it then shows as firefox as frozen and not responding . It wont stay open only a few seconds before crashing again with the mozilla crash reporter showing . I can only quit firefox .

Create a new profile as a test to check if your current profile is causing the problems.

There may be extensions and plugins installed by default in a new profile, so check that in "Tools > Add-ons > Extensions & Plugins" in case there are still problems.
If that new profile works then you can transfer some files from the old profile to that new profile, but be careful not to copy corrupted files.

I made the new file ,still nothing , I redownloaded the update again and nothing . When I click on the firefox icon to open firefox it still only opens just long enough to get a very quick glimpse of it and it shuts right back down with the crasher reporter showing . I click on the start up button on the crash reporter and same thing happens . I cant do other steps due to not being able to go to the top of the firefox screen to click the procedures . Have any more suggestions that may help please . Thanks for the first suggestions .

This seems to be caused by Roboform. Installing the latest version 7.6.3 of Roboform should solve this problem.
I checked my roboform and that is already updated to the latest version . My firefox still crashes as i open it with the crash reporter showing . Thank you for your suggestion . Anymore suggestions most appreciated please .
