server error message - sbcglobal.net account - unable to retrieve e-mail
I use Thunderbird software to manage my e-mail. The underlying account is through Yahoo. My e-mail address is: yanicka@sbcglobal.net. When I try to retrieve my e-mail, I get a message saying there is a "server error". I am told that the sending of the password for my e-mail account did not succeed. I have not changed any settings for my e-mail account. Why am I unable to receive my e-mail?

I do not know about sbcglobal exactly, but ATT in general who also use yahoo are requiring the use of a "secure mail key" https://www.att.com/esupport/article.html#!/email-support/KM1240462
