I want to export a few emails from my windows 7 Live Mail app from my old Windows 7 PC and and import them into Thunderbird app on Windows 11.

Then I would also like to get the calendar from the same Windows 7 Live Mail App and import into the Thunderbird app on Windows 11.

I have successfully configured my Pop mail to arrive on the Win 11 Thunderbird App as long as the Live Mail isn't open on the old PC. I want to retire my Windows 7 PC.

Thank you.

In windows livemail, I believe if you open a message, there is a 'save as' option, that will save in .eml format. Then, using the importexport addon in TB, you can import to a folder in TB.
