When I try and copy and paste text from a word document into a web page supported by firefox , it says that this cannot be done but there must be a way of doing this without having to retype everything

CTRL+A to highlight everything in the Word doc, then CTRL+C to copy.

You can also select text in Word by clicking the first letter of a paragraph or sentence, then hold down SHIFT while you click the last letter. This will highlight everything in between. Then CTRL+C again.

To paste into a text field in Firefox, place the cursor in the box and then CTRL+V to paste.

Thanks - when I tried this before , it said that no copy and paste facility was available but this has cured it .
