When holding down the up or down arrows on the scroll bar the page continues to scroll even after I have let go. In Internet Explorer and Chrome it stops immediately. This issue occurs to some extent when using the arrows on the keyboard but it seems to stop more quickly using those. Scrolling with the mouse wheel works normally. I did turn off smooth scrolling which has helped some while using the mouse and maybe a little with the arrows but it still an issue.

  • Switch to the DEFAULT theme: Firefox/Tools > Add-ons > Appearance
  • Do NOT click the Reset button on the Safe Mode start window
