Firefox is running on a citrix server. No user has any problems except one. Sometimes he can open firefox just fine but once he closes it, the application won't start again for about 5 minutes. After that, opening firefox works again (most of the time). I filtered out the event log and I noticed event 1000 could be the problem. It's an issue with plugins as far as I can see.

Solutions I tried: Uninstall firefox and reinstall I tried starting in safe mode from command line I deleted the profile of the user

hello, this crash is caused by an old version of the belgian eid software on the system that is hooking into firefox (is it present only for the particular user?) - it would need to be updated to the current version: http://eid.belgium.be/en/using_your_eid/installing_the_eid_software/
