How do I turn off auto convert. When I download a video it gets converted to mp4 from the original format, I want to turn off that feature and manually convert if needed

I think this must be a feature of an add-on because Firefox doesn't include a converter. Can you identify which downloader you use and check its installation page to see whether the instructions can be found there?
