Caused by these files, all part of the Trusteer Rapport application you have installed on that PC. rooksbas.dll RapportGP.DLL RapportUtil.dll TRF.dll

Make sure Trusteer Rapport is up to date. Notify Trusteer Ltd of this issue with their software. And disable that application until you need to use for your bank's website.

I didn't realize that Trusteer was bought out by IBM in 2013 until I read that WikiPedia page (I falsely assumed that IBM was licensing from the creator - TIL), so IBM is responsible for supporting Trusteer Rapport now.

I just checked and Trusteer is not running unless I open my bank website. I never do that on this computer---so, that can't be the issue.

If you are not going to your bank website on that PC, then uninstall Trusteer Rapport.
