Is there any way to revert from the pinch zoom back to the full screen zoom? I know that you can do the css full screen zoom via ctrl + pinch, but it seems much more laggy and slow than in older versions of Firefox. Is there some about:config option I can use to revert it? Or is it just baked in now.

You can turn the feature off by setting apz.allow_zooming to false in about:config. This will bring you back to the previous behavior.

I can't promise that the pref will stay forever, so I filed a bug to address the way ctrl+pinch works
