the URL affected (page 1) should show text with photos and ads on either side of the page, but displays nothing. Page 2 and 3 should continue with text and photos with ads along either side (pop ups perhaps?)

However, Firefox shows page 2 and 3 together as just the photos . . . no text and no ads

For that article, I can view all 3 pages, but I block doubleclick.net, so I don't see those particular ads. (You can view the source of an ad frame by right-clicking the area where it should appear, choosing This Frame and then View Frame Info.)

When you have a problem with one particular site, a good "first thing to try" is clearing your Firefox cache and deleting your saved cookies for the site.

1. Clear Firefox's Cache

orange Firefox button or Tools menu > Options > Advanced

On the Network mini-tab > Offline Storage : "Clear Now"

2. If needed, delete the site's cookies here

While viewing a page on the site, right-click and choose View Page Info > Security > "View Cookies"

You can remove the cookies from that dialog.

Then try reloading the page. Does that help?

---

It's also possible that an add-on is interfering, particularly if you use ad or Flash blockers.

it was my adblock and nothing else. I am surprised that adblock kept the photos and the article text from loading. So now the text shows up with the respective photos for each of the three pages. I'll reconfigure settings.

Thank you for your help
