Everything within the firefox browser blinks whenever I scroll, or if anything changes on the webpage (eg flash videos, .gif). How do I stop this?

Ever since I installed Firefox 10.0.2 (which was about 10 minutes ago), ANY webpage I load will blink if any of its contents changes.

Some examples include: Flash videos, .gifs... even scrolling causes the entire webpage to blink.

Right now, as I'm typing this message, the textbox is blinking every few characters.

As you can imagine, it is extremely annoying. How do I stop this?
