I would like to have different email addresses for my small business, but all emails going into the same inbox. For example: my email address is sales@dynamicscales.com. I would like to have email addresses such as info@dynamicscales.com and john@dynamicscales.com, etc. Is there a way I can create these additional email address and make sure all emails go into the account that is already existing? It doesn't matter if the address stated on the return is any particular one, that doesn't matter. Any help is appreciated. Thank you

If your mail service is POP3, you can do that by using the global inbox.

To set up global inbox for POP3, use Account Settings > Server Settings > Advanced > choose Global Inbox.

Thunderbird can not use the global inbox for IMAP accounts.

It appears I have POP3, but following your instructions is not bringing up choices that look like what I want to do. I am very hesitant to do anything that may jeopardize the current status of my email. I can't take any risks or chances in screwing up any settings. I will wait to ask someone later this week. Thank you for your help though.

Back up your profile first, then try it with the first two accounts. If things get messed up, you can then restore the profile. If not, do that with all the accounts.
