How do I restore the toolbar to my address book file?

I was cleaning out old addresses and setting up a collected address folder within address book. I clicked on something and now I have no toolbar. How to I get it back?

The universal keystroke for revealing hidden toolbars is the alt key or F10.

Press one of these to make the Menu Bar appear. Select View-Toolbars and turn on the missing toolbars.

You have to do this in the window where the toolbar is missing since all windows have different toolbars.
