I click on Spoon Plugin 3.33.6.204 to upgrade it and I taken to "Current Version Plugin spoon plugin" link. I click on it and receive a message that Java plugin is outdated. Click to upgrade Java and download begins. My AV (Avast) detects a Virus Infection Win32:EVO-gen [Sus] and suggests to abort the connection.

With all the Java issues I've heard about, is it safe to continue with the download? I need up upgrade the Spoon Plugin in order to run some software on FireFox.
