How can I get back a batch email that I just deleted?

for some reason, this batch got listed 2 times - so I had 2 identical email batches, with identical names, and I decided to delete one of them... now both of them are gone! How can I find and restores deleted emails? I am new to Thunderbird and still learning to use it.
