Touch screen out of alignment

Since latest update on Galaxy S3 mini, touching the screen typically connects to a link about two places above place touched, or not at all if no link. (Same problem on wife's phone.) Makes browsing nearly impossible, as have to guess where to touch.

As a work-around, you can go into Settings -> Display and then uncheck "Scroll title bar".
