It is an alpha-1 version, and is available from this folder. http://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/firefox/nightly/latest-mozilla-central/

This is today's issue. Keep in mind that both alpha versions are updated daily - both the Nightly alpha-1 and the Aurora alpha-2 versions. http://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/firefox/nightly/latest-mozilla-central/firefox-36.0a1.en-US.win64-x86_64.installer.exe

The earliest Mozilla will have a Win64 version of Firefox is Firefox 37.0 in first phase. https://wiki.mozilla.org/Firefox/win64

You can technically build Win64 Firefox now or use the so call third-party builds but that does not mean they are stable though it may seem like it.
