I am trying to "export" some bookmarks from Firefox to IE. When I try to bring up the "Library" by selecting either ctrl-shift-b OR "show all bookmarks", Firefox does not respond. The top "menu bar" changes colour from blue to grey, but the "library" does not show. Is there a fix for this??

Thanks for your reply jscher2000. I just tried to open the Library and it appears to be working again???.............I can't explain that !! If I have the problem again, I will certainly try Alt + Spacebar x

All the best.

The change in title bar colors suggests that Windows thinks a new window is open, but it is not visible anywhere? If you blind-maximize the active window, does it appear? To do that, after launching the invisible library window, press these keys:

Alt + Spacebar x

That should display the window control menu for the active window and maximize it.
