I understand that Firefox freezes and that there are number of crashes that are due to hangs.
In order to troubleshoot this issue, can you please try the following:
- Disable the antivirus temporarily
- Disable hardware acceleration by trying Safe Mode Diagnose Firefox issues using Troubleshoot Mode
Please also consider these troubleshooting steps to make sure it is not a general hang.
