I am using Firefox on a _new_ Asus UX303L, core i7. It runs slower then on my five year old laptop.

So I got myself a new Asus UX303L. Its a nice computer. HiDpi display and core i7 with 8gb ram. Quite a step up from my old 4gb five year old core i5.

Was happy when i found the hidpi scaling options in firefox. So it looks decent.

But it is slow. Scrolling is lagging, opening new overlays slow. loading new content - slow.

Forgot to mention - the old computer is faster, running same firefox version.
