I want to be able to check all the emails in my 1000 yahoo accounts from my thunderbird account.

Is there a bulk import tool? I really cant spend a long time manually importing my 1000 yahoo emails into my thunderbird.

You simply set up your Yahoo account in Thunderbird. https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/automatic-account-configuration

There is no such thing as a Thunderbird account. Thunderbird is an email client, not an email provider. Neither is Mozilla.

I have no idea what 'pop3 emails' are. POP3 is a protocol for retrieving mail.
