You can try to set these prefs to false on the about:config page if there are still set to true.

  • security.ssl3.dhe_rsa_aes_128_sha
  • security.ssl3.dhe_rsa_aes_256_sha

You can open the about:config page via the location/address bar. You can accept the warning and click "I'll be careful" to continue.

This did not solve my problem. I've tried using Internet Explorer, but get the same error. I've tried to contact the manufacturer, but their support is only online and just isn't allowing me to post this error.

Is their an alternate browser you can suggest?

What Firefox version was the last that worked?

You should be able to start IE via its own desktop shortcut or entry in the Start menu Allprograms (not the default browser, but its own entry).
