You folks do a great job of describing "How to use Auto Fill"...but nowhere in that article does it say WHERE--to set-up the feature when using Firefox.

How and where do I find the setting?

Thanks.

PS: maybe that should be included in the article somewhere.

Is this about filling data in a form (input field) on a web page?

Thanks..for responding.

However, there are 55 entries and the first and several other only skirt the central question of --where..do I set the feature? They all seem only to treat the "how to use"..once set-up.

Type about:preferences#privacy<enter> in the address bar. Under History, select Firefox will Use Custom Settings.

Check Remember search and form history setting.

Turn on Clear history when Firefox closes To its right, click on the Settings button.

Turn on anything you want cleared when the browser closes.
