I have created a distribution list of 10 names. I have successfully used it. However, sometimes, I enter the list and one or two names are missing. This happens frequently enough to be VERY annoying. I have named the list and added the number of names that should be on it to the name. Each time I go into the list I have to count the number of names to verify they are all there. I have several distribution lists that this is happening to. I keep the list of names for each list in a document so I can check it against them. How can I get the distribution lists to hang on to the ENTIRE list of names? Any ideas?

A list should contains pointers to addresses in an associated address-book. As they are pointers, not the actual addresses, anything you do to the original address will naturally affect the list.

That's the way it should be.

If your list's still misbehave, you could copy the addresses to separate address-books. Inconvenient, but a way around if its just one or two lists.
