Hello,

We found that FireFox version 41 with the option privacy.trackingprotection.enabled = true blocking our advertising marketgid.com. An example of a site that hosts our advertising and it does not load: http://petromi.com/get/f3jbTH5b50776070c011

With the option turned off privacy.trackingprotection.enabled = false, advertising marketgid.com displayed. Example: http://petromi.com/get/f3jbUc4a5786b070c011

We would like to know for what reason with the option privacy.trackingprotection is locked our advertising and how to fix it?

Thank you in advance for your help!

Hi

The people that have built your site have set it up so that it honors the Do Not Track protocol. You can read more about this here.

This has been designed to give users choice over the tracking used by websites. You may wish to go back to your web development team and think about ways to include your advertising without tracking.

I hope this helps, but if not, please come back here and we can look into a different solution for you.

Hi

This is not a Mozilla controlled list. I recommend you get in contact with Disconnect who should be able to help you further in respect of their products.

In respect of Do Not Track, you will need to have a chat to your web design team about how a Do Not Track HTTP header is included within your advertising.
