Reading list is a feature that exists only on Firefox for Android. The data is not Synced. There is a separate feature on desktop Firefox called Pocket Reader https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/log-pocket-your-firefox-account you would need to use the Pocket mobile app to access the desktop data from Pocket.
