Firefox crashes - Can't open it at all, even in safe mode and with a new profile

I rebooted my Windows 10 compute rand now FF won't open at all. I tried safe mode, making a new profile, reinstalling, installing the beta, uninstalling/reinstalling, and rebooting twice. Nothing helps. When I run the program it instantly crashes with the Crash reporter tool.

I can't open Firefox so can't attach the troubleshooting info.

Well, I see that my IDs above became hyperlinks and I then found that it listed a .DLL file in the report. Google tells me that the DLL file in question is related to Websense which is something I recently had installed on my computer.

I uninstalled Websense and Firefox now works. I'll see what happens later when I have to reinstall Websense.

Thanks.

Websense has cause issues of late. Remove it from your system.

Unfortunately it's being rolled out at work so I don't really have a choice. Is there anything documented about this that I can forward to my Security guy for him to review?

Thanks. I just read through this long one and am checking to see if we're just using a not quite up to date version. Thanks. https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1181091

You can contact Websense support. We can't do anything else.
