When creating my bookmarks by clicking on "bookmark this page", some of them had a "logo" created in the square on the left side and some of them have just an empty square. Can I customize the the squares with something?

If a website doesn't offer a favicon then you can look at this extension.

You need to right-click the "Free Install" button and select "This Frame > Open Frame in New Tab" to be able to allow the website to install the extension.
