Hello,

i cannot visit some sites in firefox. The page is blank (white) and there is no text or error message. I can in other browsers like IE.

The website i try is www.landalcauberg.nl. I tryed the following. - Deinstall and reinstall firefox.

- Cleared history:

Click the menu button New Fx Menu , choose History and select Clear Recent History....
In the Time Range to clear: drop-down, select Everything.
Click the arrow next to Details to display the list of items that can be cleared.
   Select both Cookies and Cache.
   Click Clear Now.

- Use CCleaner to clean firefox - scanned for virussus or malware

Chosen solution

If I were you I will install adobe flash player since the web site you post is based on that.

And if you have a freeware antivirus I will change for Avira Also works great with Firefox

and instead of ccleaner I will use spybot search and destroy from my experience much better in doing spyware erasing and cleaning job then ccleaner

Is that page entirely empty?

I see a JavaScript based image slider on that page.

Can you attach a screenshot?

  • Use a compressed image type like PNG or JPG to save the screenshot
  • Make sure that you do not exceed the maximum size of 1 MB

What security software do you have?

There is security software that can block content, so check for that.

The site works perfectly for me, including videos on the site(W10,Fx44). Perhaps it has been fixed; although you mention other sites.
