See https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/profiles-tb#w_where-is-my-profile-stored

Thunderbird profiles are stored in the folder described by the environment variable %appdata% typing %appdata% in a search dialog and pressing emter will display the location in a windows file manager. Note here that Windows hided the appdata folder.
