Hello

I have forgotten my password and do not seem to be able to re-set it.

I have followed all of the steps - hit the forgotten password link - had an email with a 'reset password' link sent to my email - clicked on that link - tried to create a new password. Every time I try, however, it says 'Unexpected error' - with no further information about what the error may be.

Can you help me ?

Sorry, there are problems with the Firefox Account (Sync account) login server right now.

Here's the status page for Mozilla services, indicating they are looking into login problems (as of a few hours ago): https://status.services.mozilla.com/

I don't know if there is an estimated time to fix it.

Sorry, there are problems with the Firefox Account (Sync account) login server right now.
