Youtube videos giving error If playback doesn't begin shortly, try restarting your device on Mozilla Firefox and Google Chrome, also audio problem.

This started like 1 day ago once I unplugged my headphones and tried plugging in my wireless Logitech G930 headset in. YouTube still gives the error "If playback doesn't begin shortly, try restarting your device" even though I have uninstalled Chrome and Mozilla Firefox, restarted my computer, and followed countless guides on how to fix it. The audio says "the audio service is not running". This also started a little after the YouTube thing. I was told to re install the sound drivers which I did but that only select my headset as my sound device to use. If anyone has any tips that could help me that would be amazing.

P.S. I also tried to system restore but it keeps giving me a error saying it didn't finish on the final system restore step.

Update: Sound is now working, I unplugged the headset base and re-plugged it in like 12 times. YouTube on Google Chrome is now just asking if I want to kill the website or wait because it is not responding instead of giving me the error prompt like before. Mozilla Firefox is still giving me the same error prompt as before.
