All sounds are missing in Firefox 49. HTML5/flash video, audio etc. I've disabled all plugins, cleared cookies and cache. Ubuntu 16.04. It's all OK in other browsers. What's might be a problem?

I figured it out. Somehow, Firefox was sending sound on HDMI port (i plugged in a monitor cable earlier). When I put in a cable, sound was playing from monitor's speakers, but slowed down. I changes sound source in settings of OS and now it works just fine. I use elementary OS (Ubuntu-based).

I am having the same problem. No notification sounds. I can play audio and video, but no notifications.

How do I change this in Win 7?
