i just installed softmaker office 2016 pro and mozilla thunderbird. i have tried to import em client data into thunderbird using the tools link... and cannot. i get the following error message :

I suggest you contact the softmaker support. IF I understand things correctly they supplied EM client and have changed to Thunderbied and have their own import tools for the purpose.

The error message you pasted is simply the global index complaining about something. Nothing important in relation to your problem.
