Since the Firefox 53 update Netflix stalls and videos cannot play but it works fine on other browsers. What is the problem and how can it be fixed?

Since the Firefox update, Netflix works fine until I arrive at the landing page for videos. it takes time to load, navigation stalls, videos will not play, and the screen freezes. Netflix works on other browsers. I use Bitdefender.

I believe that this maybe because of your adobe flash player. If it is not installed then please install it and try more with the updated version. Also keep JS on , modern sites don't even open without it. I think this will help you.
