Hello, last week I noticed that my firefox browser is loading websites very long. In the most websites I´m trying to open it doesn´t show all images for example, or games doesn´t load too. I do not think that the problem is in my internet connection, when I use other browser, like Maxthon, everything is going well. Just google chrome do the same. Do you have any solution for that issue? Thanks.

Is this with all sites, some, a few?

Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link} by holding down the <Shift> (Mac=Options) key, and then starting Firefox.

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?

Is it with all sites. And the problem is still there. I got idea - I'm using WIN XP and Mozilla has ended support for XP. Could it relate to that old windows?

That may be possible.

You can install the Firefox ESR 52 version which will get security updates into early 2018, to get "more time" using Firefox.

Boot the computer in Windows Safe mode with network support to see if that has effect in case security software is causing problems.

Do a malware check with several malware scanning programs on the Windows computer.

Please scan with all programs because each program detects different malware. All these programs have free versions.

Make sure you update each program to get the latest version of their databases before doing a scan.

You can also do a check for a rootkit infection with TDSSKiller.
