Hi, that looks like the "Title Bar." There's a little button in the Customize tab to turn the Title Bar on and off. This article will get you into that feature, then look for it toward the bottom:

Also, your Firefox identified itself to the forum as version 47. As you may know, the current versions of Firefox are:
- Regular release: 54.0.1 (Installers) (Plugin Info)
- Extended Support Release (ESR): 52.2.1 (Installers) (FAQs)

If something is holding you back from upgrading Firefox, please let us know so we can suggest solutions or workarounds. Version 47 is not secure; Mozilla discloses security flaws after each new release.
