Chosen solution

Note that when you remove an account, the account and all its folders and all the messages in those folders will vanish. Rescue any messages you want to keep by moving them to another account first.

Do one of the following to open Account Settings:

  • Go to Tools|Account Settings in the menu.
  • Select an account and look for "settings" in the right hand pane.
  • Right-click an account and select "settings" from the pop-up menu.

Then select one of the unwanted accounts, then click the button at the bottom of the panel, which will offer a list of actions, one being "Remove account".

Repeat for other unwanted accounts.
