Previously I could click on "print" a doc and a print window would appear asking what printer I want to print to, I could then open the preference window which would allow me to check black instead of color and the option to print to the rear tray of my Epson printer, Those choices are no longer in the print/preference window. Can't figure out why.

Check your Win 10 settings please under Settings --> Devices --> Printers and Scanners and go through the settings and and what is installed listed there. Click your Printer and run the troubleshooter.

If your Printer came with Drivers please Check Device Manager and make sure Windows 10 has not changed the drivers to Microsoft's. Check the makers site for your make and model and see if any new drivers or firmware to be installed.

uninstall Firefox. Then Delete the Mozilla Firefox Folders in C:\Program Files and C:\Program Files(x86) Then restart system. Then run Windows Disk Cleanup. (Note: This should be Pinned and run Weekly, If never done below expect 10's of gig's) Then run it again and click the button that says Cleanup System Files. Note: your Firefox Profile is saved. But you should make a back up before you do :

Reinstall with Current Release Firefox 57.0.3 with a Full Version Installer

Then check for a Extension : https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/extensions/

Please let us know if this solved your issue or if need further assistance.
