TB on new laptop retrieved emails but not rest. Located mail folder on server (own domain) but nothing looks like profile folder. How can I restore settings?

My last laptop snuffed it, and when I installed Thunderbird on the new one it retrieved my emails but not my settings (filters, identities, contacts, calendar etc). I own my own domain and located the ‘mail’ folder on the server but no subfolder that looks like a profile folder. How can I restore them?

The profile is (or should be!) local and not stored on a server.
