itʻs not sending the attachment.

What does this mean? What exactly prevents you from 'sending the attachment'?

I think he is looking for a few hints as to what happens. You cannot click Send? You click send, the messages goes but the attachment does not arrive?

Remember only you can see your computer screen.

Someone else had a similar issue. I think they had received the initial email with attachment from someone using outlook.

Suggest you try 'Forward as > Attachment'

Did note that outlook was having some issues. http://www.mgdking.com/post/outlook-2016-cannot-forward-attachments-kb4011626-issue
