I am unable to connect to my bank's website from my personal pc. The following message appears: Error code INET_E_RESOURCE_NOT_FOUND.

I'm able to connect to various other websites using Firefox. I've tried using Microsoft Edge as a browser to connect to my bank's website, without success. Refreshed the page, no dice.

Have cleared recent history of cookies, cache. I have Kaspersky internet security on my pc. Any suggestions to resolve this issue are greatly appreciated !

Chosen solution

Hi, Please uninstall Firefox. Then Delete the Mozilla Firefox Folders in C:\Program Files , C:\Program Files(x86) & C:\ProgramData Then restart system. Then run Windows Disk Cleanup. (Note: This should be Pinned and run Weekly, If never done below expect 10's of gig's) Then run it again and click the button that says Cleanup System Files. Note: your Firefox Profile is saved. But you should make a back up before you do :

Reinstall with Current Release Firefox 59.0 with a Full Version Installer

Please let us know if this solved your issue or if need further assistance.

Remove History For One Site

Open the History Manager <Control><Shift> H. In the search bar, enter the name of the site. Right-click on one of the listings and select Forget About This Site. This should remove all information, including any passwords / settings.
