How can I find out if I downloaded Firefox 52 ESR last year?

I am using Windows Vista and Firefox 52 ESR was offered last year. I don't recall if I downloaded it or not. I also checked my history and must have deleted history that far back. Is there a place in the settings that would tell me if I have Firefox 52 ESR? I realize that Vista will only be supported until May.

I became aware of this issue through a recent Norton update. I have Norton through my Internet Provider. It was suggested by Firefox to change my operating system. Is that risky to do or better to just get another computer? Our computer is working great, but it is 9 years old.

The System Details list shows you use Firefox 52. Since you are on Vista then this is likely the ESR version You can check the update channel of "Help -> About Firefox"

Note that current is 52.7.0 ESR

The last major Release to still run on the EOL WinXP and Vista will be Firefox 52.9.0 ESR out on June 26. Not counting any minor 52.9.x esr updates for security and or stability fixes that occurs after.

You will need Windows 7, 8, 10 or a more current Linux distro (can dual boot with Vista) to be able to use current and future Releases of Firefox.

If you are on a budget. Depending on where you live like say in US or Canada there may be some electronic recycle places around that resell PC parts you can build with and sell refurb older office PC's that can be had pretty cheap even with a bit more cost for a activated Win7 or later key over using Linux. freegeekvancouver.org for example has a volunteer program where after 24 hours you can get a free PC, granted it is more basic and running Linux.

Thanks to all who have helped. I didn't know how this works, but all of the comments will help me make a decision about the computer and apparently the new version downloaded just yesterday.
