Every time I start Firefox a "See what's new with Firefox" tab opens up along with my Default Google Page. This happened after the latest Firefox update. I checked all the options pages + I even checked the property tabs in the start up icon to make sure nothing was add after the .exe. I fixed this once before... it was like i had to edit some file???????

Note: Some software, like Advanced SystemCare with Surfing Protection, can protect files in the Firefox profile folder against changes. If you have such software then check the settings or uninstall this software.
