You have Malware infecting your computer.

Please do the following:

  • Download Malwarebytes from www.malwarebytes.org, install it, and run a scan. Remove everything it finds.
  • Then, you need to Refresh Firefox. Refresh Firefox - reset add-ons and settings
  • Finally, please uninstall ALL Antivirus on your computer, and just use the built in Windows Defender, and run scans once a month with malwarebytes
  • Also, make sure Windows is fully up to date

Of course you need to run all the malware scans, as mentioned by Tyler Downer, that's a must  !

As soon as you can open Firefox, here's what you need to do :

Your system details show that there are many extensions installed :

ProSearch - MediaTab.TV 0.916 (pro-search-unlisted@mozilla.com) SafeSearch Incognito 2.24 (@safesearchincognito) SafeSearch Incognito 5.9 (@safesearchavsext) SafeSearch Incognito 6.3 (@asdfsdfwe) SafeSearch Incognito 7.1 (@sdiosuff) Search Incognito 2.1.17 (@searchincognito) SearchAssist Incognito 0.2.1 (@searchassistincognito) SafeSearch Incognito 2.1.7 (@safesearchscoutee) (Inactive)

These extensions are all browser hijackers, malware that you will of course have to get rid of.

You need to go to Options (or 'Tools') => Add-ons => Extensions and remove them all (including the one that's inactive).
