I had my Gandi.net email address on Thunderbird. I downloaded Thunderbird, but it does not show up.

Gandi hosts my email domain name. l used to be able to view my email on Thunderbird. I thought, I had a Thunderbird account. I downloaded Thunderbird, but my email does not show up. I don't see any place where I can login to my email account.

There is no such thing as a Thunderbird account. It is email client software running on your computer. After you downloaded and installed Thunderbird did you add the details for your Gandi account to it? If not, start there.
