How to set up Thunderbird (once and for ever) to perform the same actions for all e-mail accounts?

Simply: I create a list of e-mail accounts: aaa@aa.aa, bbb@bb.bb, ccc@cc.cc All messages are downloaded to the same folder After or during downloading messages are filtered, using one filter Replying to a message automatically set the sender to the account where the message was sent. One Sent, Junk, Deleted, Archive folder for all accounts.

I tried as much as I could. Adding a new e-mail account and redirecting incoming messages to the Inbox folder does not download any messages, displays error messages such as "this folder is used by another account", hangs or crashes the program. If ever it succeeds to add another account and download messages, all message filters must be added once again. The filter does not start automatically. The messages are still in an account folder, after manual run they are moved to the Inbox (one for all accounts).

Please help, it's already a month of configuring Thunderbird and still not finished.
