I've had yahoo take over all my searches and none of the fixes I've found fix the issue.

I switched my search preferences back to Google, I then deleted yahoo from the options, I then disabled all of my addons, and when that didn't work I removed them and still Yahoo is hijacking my searches.

I've checked my application folder for malware (there's nothing).

I've even searched the activity monitor for references to 'yahoo'. I didn't find anything.

Thoughts?

Chris

Have a look at this and if all else fails, you can refresh FireFox.

Refreshing FireFox By refreshing FireFox, you will permanently delete FireFox's data. This is basically a reset without losing information such as saved passwords. If you want to continue, click here then press the Refresh - W10 button.
