I'm on a galaxy s6. I have an app that is not supported by Firefox. The app is Vivint Smart Home.

I'm not finding any info on sending an email directly to Mozilla about the issue.

When I go to the site, it will say browser not supported. It won't even let me on the site.

Hi

It may the case that the website you are trying to use has not been designed for use on a mobile browser.

If you have access to a desktop computer, I recommend that you use Firefox to view that site.

It would be nice to have my phone tell me if my alarm gets triggered.

Kind of unnecessary to carry my laptop around everywhere.

I fully understand, but I believe that this is something that Vivint should be able to look into further for you.
