thumbnail size in upload dialog (linux)
I am using firefox on linux (kde plasma) and when I go to upload a photo in a webpage I get the upload dialog but the thumbnails are too small to view which I really need for photos and there are no view options to change the size of them... This feels like a fundamental feature I'm missing... Is it possible?
Attached the upload dialog window

Does this happen with all images or just jpgs? I found a thread on a linux forum detailing the same issue and it seems to be something on linux's side, rather than Firefox's, but I'm looking into it more which is why I ask
I think it's a separate issue you're referring to partly because there is literally no image in the thumbnails on the screenshot I sent. Which could also be an issue - but not what I'm reporting.
The issue I'm referring to is that you can't change the size of the icons (thumbnails) in the dialog window and so you can't tell what the photos is of.
I've put up another screenshot so you can see the small icons - I can't tell what the photos are of usually. I'd like to make the thumbnails/icons bigger somehow.
We confirmed this on our end, but this is more of an operating system issue with Linux, in this case, as the upload box is a system dialog box that is being provided for Firefox to use. It appears if you click on the image it'll show you the thumbnail on the right side of the screen, at the very least. Sorry we can't be more of help here.

Ok thanks, after you pointed this out I found this https://wiki.archlinux.org/index.php/Firefox#KDE/GNOME_integration so I will try some of these suggestions out which may help.
